I'm back properly from my holiday to Ibiza. Specifically, San Antonio. Yeah.. we went straight to the middle of the chaos. And I wouldn't change a thing. I'll do a follow-up post with what we got up to but right now, here are my WIWT outfits from each day of the holiday!
After barely 4 hours sleep, we chilled by the pool after a well-deserved post-breakfast nap, and I threw my New Look Tropical Print Kimono on over my bikini. I got it for £12.99 in prep for the holiday, but only really got use out of it on Day 1! Oops! It's silky and easy to wear, and I really like it with jeans too. The bikini, not seen, is a black Primark number with crochet detailing and ties at the hips. My sunglasses are Cheap Monday at Specsavers, which I got in the 2 for 1 Cheap Monday offer alongside my prescription glasses. Yay!
At night, I changed into my favourite summer dress; my Dahlia Sun Dress. It's no longer sold, as I got it last summer, but it's so feminine & structured, with a skater skirt and underlining. I love it to bits. However, I have to go braless for this one as it has built-in cups and backless detailing. The old thrown-over New Look crochet waistcoat added a little touch of cuteness, alongside a New Look collar aztec necklace and gold New Look sandals. Woah, New Look central so far..
On day two, I wore my red Motel daisy skater dress. I picked it up for £40 back in December, but it's now on sale for £19! Pop to it. I paired it with the New Look gold sandals, my Dorothy Perkins birdcage necklace & a cream flower in my hair (not seen), which I'd plaited up into a bun.
I also bought this turquoise ring at a market in San Antonio for 8 euros, and I really adore it!
On day 3 - the day of the Pukka Up! Boat Party and Amnesia club night - I slipped into my comfiest, coolest outfit, in preparation for the blazing heat I'd be in before a night out! My whole outfit is New Look (oh dear.. looks like it's time to shop elsewhere, Laura, now that the student discount is over..). I love this aztec playsuit, with its stretch waist and flattering fit. It seems to be out of stock now (I only bought it a couple of months ago!) but there's a similar palm print one here. I also popped on a polka dot bikini under my playsuit to catch some rays on the boat.
I'm pretty sure I actually re-wore one of my earlier dresses that day, but LET'S PRETEND THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, SHALL WE? Cool. Thanks.
Here I am looking fancy-schmancy with my best friend Emma, before our beautiful dinner at a villa restaurant. I'm wearing my Club L Crochet Skater Dress via ASOS, which seems to eternally be on sale for £20. It's beautiful, and this photo does not do it justice sadly. Again, my Dorothy Perkins birdcage necklace and New Look sandals, plus a New Look nude belt (still available in-store, I think).
I love this dress too! It's by Beloved and I bought it on ASOS. It's a welcome pop of coral against the seaside backdrop, and it really made my (minimal) tan look lovely. The Monochrome Aztec Backpack, which I used as my daytime bag, is by.... New Look. Funny that. It was £19.99, but is also now in the sale.
And finally.. a big thank you to my part-time photographer, Emma. I love you lots & spending a week with you in a beautiful place, with sunshine, tapas and cocktails, was the best thing ever. I'll miss you! She wrote up a detailed blog post on our holiday, over here. Go look-see!
Apologies for the ridiculous amount of New Look! I promise you, when I'm a full-time employee and no longer a student, I will definitely amend this.. heeeello, more Dahlia & Topshop.
