The Christmas Gift Guide: John Lewis

8 December 2014

Today is the first in my line-up of Christmas Gift Guides for you guys. Today, I'm focusing on John Lewis' offerings, with its little luxuries to treat friends & family (of the female kind!) to this festive season. I attended the Christmas press launch of John Lewis a couple of months ago, and am amazed at the array of pretty things I've started to fill my own wishlist with! Hope you enjoy my guides. Let me know if you pick anything up!

From best pal to your mum, I've picked out the things that have caught my eye..

Treating your mum?

The Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia Scent Diffuser (£54) is something I know my mum would love (however, if you're reading, mum - I'm keeping your actual gifts secret!) Jo Malone scents are known, especially, for their staying power and this scent diffuser is one to add a touch of luxury to the everyday.
Would it even be Christmas without more chocolate than you can even manage to demolish come Christmas Day..? These Charbonnel et Walker Pink Champagne Truffles (£11) are the perfect stocking filler for mum. I've received these before for Christmas and the box is still taking pride of place on my dressing table as a little kirby grip holder! Cute.
This Gold Rimmed Coupe Glass (£3.50) is perfect for treating her this year. Buy 4 and complete her collection! These would be cute for a special dinner party, or toasting the New Year in with.

Treating your best friend?

Is your bestie a make-up obsessive? Treat her to the Benefit Sweet Tintations Gift Set (£17.55) and make her day with the cutest little make-up bits. The set includes: Benebalm, Lollibalm, Benetint & Lollitint. Fab price for a great gift, I reckon!
Is she more of a writer or an obsessive organiser? Get her this cute Ted Baker Note to Self Notebook with Pen (£12) in a punchy coral colour.
Always taking her tech everywhere she goes? The Orla Kiely iPad Air Sleeve (£29.95) is really pretty and will keep her iPad safe on her travels!

Cheeky treats for yourself..?

Because, one for you, one for me.. right?! This Somerset by Alice Temperley Alice Lace Cami Set (£65) is something I'm lusting after this year, and I'll be making a pit-stop at the John Lewis womenswear department to pick up this beauty! Luxe nightwear? Yes please..
These Ted Baker Rockall Headphones in White/Gold (£149.95) are an expensive yet fab gift. Maybe leave the gift guide circled around this bad boy for your other half to pick up..? Or just grab it while you can!
This Tom Dixon Scented Candle Gift Set (£75) is the perfect alternative to the usual Diptyque or Jo Malone offerings. Sliiiightly eye-watering price-tag, but who can say no to a rose gold candle..? Not me.

xoxo
